How should I store an airgun properly?

Store airguns indoors in a climate-controlled space, upright in a soft case or rack, away from direct sunlight, with a light wipe of silicone or Ballistol on the metal.

PCPs go in pressurized, springers stay uncocked, multi-pumps get one pump of air, CO2 guns are released or fired empty. Keep a desiccant pack in the case during humid months. UV exposure is the enemy of stocks, especially synthetic stocks, which fade and become brittle.
