Are Airguns Legal in Kyrgyzstan?
Yes, with conditions.
Generally legal, but with real rules to follow, usually age verification and, in some places, a low-power threshold.
Tier 3: Moderate
Threshold-based licensing: a permit-free band for low-power airguns, with a licence required above it.

Law 'On Weapons' No. 49 of 1999 regulates civilian weapons and storage. Airguns of 7.5 J or less and up to 4.5 mm are not registered and need no purchase permit. Sporting airguns over 7.5 J, and any airgun over 4.5 mm, may be stored and used only at sports facilities.
Age rule
18+
18+ practical adult baseline; exact pneumatic-weapon age rule unresolved.
Possession
Restricted access
Airguns of 7.5 J or less and up to 4.5 mm are not registered, and citizens and foreigners may buy them without a permit (Law 'On Weapons' No. 49 of 1999). Storing or using a 4.5 mm sporting airgun over 7.5 J, or any airgun over 4.5 mm, outside sports facilities is prohibited.

Import & travel
Local & import notes
Visitor procedure
Do not import an airgun without written customs/police confirmation. Kyrgyzstan has strict civilian weapons controls and no clean visitor airgun exemption surfaced.
