Recently designated as a "Special Recreation Management Area" with a primary objective to develop an implementation level plan for managing the range, including developing facilities and establishing operationg procedures. Additional outside support/funding needed to accomplish this. Cost for construction and maintenace of a more developed range outside of current FO budget.
